Once you have decided on a puppy, reserve it.
You can reserve a puppy from 8 weeks of age, but physical pickup is only allowed after reaching 15 weeks.
We do not accept reservations for puppies from future litters. However, you can fill out the form to be added to our wait-list if you specifically desire a dog from selected champions. We will promptly notify you of its birth.
To secure a reservation, you must pay 30% of the puppy’s cost within 2 days after confirmation. The puppy is considered available for sale once the payment is received.
Upon reservation, a final pickup date is set. If the future owner fails to pick up the dog by this date (without mutually agreed-upon extraordinary circumstances with the breeder), the reservation is considered canceled, and no refund is applicable.
Reservation fees are non-refundable if the future owner changes their mind, claims allergies within the family, or finds another puppy. Please consider your decision carefully.
A full refund of the reservation fee is made if the breeder decides not to sell the puppy for specific reasons.
Please coordinate the day and time of your visit with us. Be sure to notify us a day in advance if your plans change. We always prefer to have a personal meeting with prospective owners. Please check in advance to ensure that we are not at a show or on a trip during your proposed visit.
Our kennel is our home, where our children and dogs live. Therefore, we appreciate your respect for this space and adherence to our rules.
Visits with other pets are possible, but there may be unvaccinated puppies in the kennel. Therefore, please coordinate this in advance as well.
You can take the puppy home on the first visit once it reaches 15 weeks, as it is our responsibility to deliver a healthy dog after the mandatory rabies vaccination and the quarantine period following it.
For future owners from another city or country, we have reliable couriers. Delivery is a separate cost and takes place only after receiving the final payment for the puppy into the breeder’s bank account.
Every puppy from our kennel receives a gift box with everything necessary for the first days in their new family. This is to ensure that the new owner doesn’t have to worry about essentials and can immediately focus on bonding and training the puppy.
